They make the site work and remember this very choice, so we don’t have to ask you again. They identify no one and never leave this site, so they don’t depend on your permission.

They tell us which of our ads bring visitors and which don’t, so we stop spending on the ones that fail. That’s Google Tag Manager (Google Analytics and Google Ads): it sets first-party cookies and sends data to Google Ireland.

What integrations are

Integrations — or add-ons — connect CheckBiz360 with other software your company already uses, so information travels on its own and nobody types the same thing twice.

You manage them from Integrations in the backoffice side menu. Each one is an independent module that you switch on when you want and off just as easily.

How they differ from a platform module

A module (time tracking, tasks, documents) is part of the product. An integration is an optional add-on, aimed at companies that work with one specific piece of software.

The practical consequence is simple: if you don't contract an integration you will never see it working, anywhere. And if you contract it and later stop using that software, you can switch it off without affecting your clock-in history or your configuration.

How the catalogue works

Each integration is listed with its description, what it does and its status:

StatusMeaning
AvailableYou can switch it on and use it right away
BetaIt works, but it is recent. Worth reviewing the first days of syncing
Coming soonStill in development

Some integrations require a specific service to be contracted. The catalogue tells you before letting you switch them on.

What happens when you switch one on

Switching on is not just flipping a toggle: the platform needs permission to talk to the other software. A wizard walks you through it — enter your credentials, check the connection works, and match whatever needs matching.

Until that wizard completes, the integration is not active. That is deliberate: better not switched on at all than switched on halfway while you believe your data is syncing.

Your credentials are safe

The key or token you enter is stored encrypted and is only used to connect to your account in the other software. It is never shown again, not even partially: to change it, you enter a new one.

We recommend creating a token dedicated to the integration rather than reusing a person's own. That way, if that person leaves, syncing does not stop.

Switching one off

You can switch it off at any time from the same toggle. When you do:

  • Syncing stops immediately.
  • Nothing is deleted — not what was already sent, not your matches, not your history.
  • If you switch it back on, syncing continues where it left off.
