CheckBiz360events and rental

Event and rental staff management software

Keep track of your crew’s work on site and in the warehouse.

Your crew checks their tasks, records their working time and reports issues from where the work happens. You review how it went.

Field execution for teams working away from the office and spread across venues and warehouses. If you already work with Rentman, CheckBiz360 connects to it.

The problem

The work is spread out. You need to know what is going on.

A build under way, kit still to be prepped and a kit return to check when it gets back to the warehouse. When the information arrives through calls, messages and loose paperwork, following the work means piecing it back together.

Does any of this sound familiar?

  1. Who has been assigned the prep?

The kit goes out tomorrow and who does what lives inside a conversation.

  2. Is the build finished, or still to be checked?

Marked as done is not the same as reviewed by a supervisor.

  3. Where was that issue logged?

The context is split between calls and messages, and has to be pieced together.

Connect your crew to their tasks and gather the context you need to review them.

Execution on site

The work is recorded where it happens.

The technician opens CheckBiz360 where they are working, checks what they have been assigned and updates their tasks. They can add notes and evidence so the supervisor reviews the work with context.

  1. Check the assigned task

What each person is responsible for, with its deadline and its status, at the venue itself.

  2. Record what was done

Progress is updated from the phone, without waiting to get back to the office.

  3. Leave context for the review

Notes and attachments stay on the task itself, where the supervisor will see them.

Prep and returns

From the kit going out to the kit coming back: organise the warehouse work.

Turn on warehouse tasks to prep outgoing kit and to organise checking it when it comes back. The supervisor shares out the work and follows how the tasks are going.

Prep

Assign who is responsible for getting the kit ready to go out.

02

Receive and check

Organise the check when the kit comes back to the warehouse.

Reviewing the work

Your crew completes. The supervisor reviews.

Read the notes and evidence for the work that was done. An authorised supervisor approves the task or rejects it with a reason. That leaves a record of both the work and its review.

  1. Who does it

    Completed

The technician or warehouse crew member records the work and attaches their evidence.

  2. Who reviews

    Approved or rejected

The supervisor reviews the result and leaves the reason when they reject it.

  3. What stays

    Who and when

Who reviewed it and when is recorded alongside the work that was done.

Issues

What happens in the field arrives with its context.

The crew reports issues from CheckBiz360. Supervisors read the detail, reply and keep a history of how it developed.

So you can follow an issue without piecing together a chain of messages.

Rentman connection

Connect your field operation to Rentman.

If your company already uses Rentman, RentmanBiz is the integration that connects it to CheckBiz360. It imports people, sites and assignments within its scope to set up the work, and sends closed working days for matched employees to Rentman with the net hours recorded.

  1. Rentman → CheckBiz360

    People, sites and assignments

Imported and configured to set up your crew’s work.

  2. In CheckBiz360

    Tasks, evidence and review

The work is carried out and reviewed on site and in the warehouse.

  3. CheckBiz360 → Rentman

    Closed working days: net hours

For matched employees, with a sending status you can check.

The connection requires reviewing matched employees and configuring the work sites. Hours are sent periodically and their status can be checked. It does not cover stock, quotes or invoicing.

Working time and traceability

The working day is also recorded where the work happens.

It brings together starts, finishes and breaks according to each site’s configuration. Check the records and their reports to review your crew’s working time.

Differences are reviewed periodically and the outcome stays in the records you can consult. Compliance depends on how the platform is configured and used.

If the hours sent are changed

You can review the differences that were detected, without that edit overwriting the record kept in CheckBiz360.

Information for supervisors

Use what the field records to review your operation.

Analyse the observed cost of your crew from approved working days and the rates you configure. Follow how it changes by person and by site, alongside the context of the operation.

The figures depend on the records and on the rates you configure. They do not cover the profitability of each rental or a live dashboard of your events.

Frequently asked questions

Do I have to stop using Rentman?

No. You can keep Rentman and add CheckBiz360 for carrying out and reviewing work in the field. RentmanBiz connects the flows described on this page.

What do the technician and the warehouse crew use?

The CheckBiz360 app, to check tasks, record their working time and report issues, according to their permissions and their company’s configuration.

Does it work for rentals with no crew going to the event?

Yes. Warehouse tasks let you organise the prep and, when there is a return, receiving and checking the kit. This option is turned on and the supervisor assigns the work.

Which hours reach Rentman?

Closed working days for employees matched to their Rentman record. Net hours are sent, with breaks calculated according to the configuration. Sending is periodic and may need review if there are errors or incompatible records. They are not booked to a specific project.

Does it also sync stock or invoicing?

No. What is described here covers people, sites, assignments, tasks and working time. Managing kit, quotes and invoices is not part of this scope.

How much does it cost?

The proposal sets out CheckBiz360 and the scope of the Rentman connection for your company. Request a demo to go through your operation and get the corresponding terms.

What if we do not use Rentman yet?

We can look at how CheckBiz360 fits your operation. This page describes the Rentman connection specifically; other integrations need their scope assessing.
