Profile settings in the app
The CheckBiz360 profile section lets you personalise your experience in the application and keep your contact details and security preferences up to date. This article describes in detail what you can configure from this section, how to do it and which data only your organisation's administrator or manager can modify.

- Open CheckBiz360 on your device and sign in.
- Tap the Profile icon in the bottom navigation bar (usually represented by a person silhouette or your initials).
- You will see the main profile screen with your current information and the various configuration options available.
Contact details
From the profile section you can update certain contact details that are not directly linked to your corporate identity:
Phone number
- Tap the Contact phone or Edit details option.
- Enter your new phone number.
- Tap Save.
Profile photo
- Tap your current photo or the space reserved for the profile image.
- Select the Take photo option to use the device's camera, or Choose from gallery to select an existing image.
- Crop the image if the system asks you to and confirm the selection.
- The new photo will be updated automatically on your profile.

To modify your access password:

Application language
From the profile preferences you can change the language of the application's interface:

- Select the language you want from the list available.
- The application will update immediately to the selected language.
Push notification preferences
You can manage which types of notification you want to receive:
- Tap the Notifications option inside the profile section.
- Review the categories available: new documents, assigned tasks, clocking reminders, system announcements, among others.
- Enable or disable each category according to your preferences by tapping the corresponding switch.
- Changes are saved automatically.
Two-step authentication (2FA)
Two-step authentication adds an extra layer of security to your account. To enable it:
- Tap Security and then Two-step authentication.
- Select your preferred verification method: email or authentication application (TOTP).
- Follow the steps shown on screen to link the selected method.
- Once enabled, every time you sign in on an unrecognised device you will have to enter the additional verification code.
Registering trusted devices
After completing two-step verification on a device, you can mark it as a trusted device so that you do not have to repeat the process on future sign-ins from that same device:
- On completing the verification, tick the Remember this device or Mark as trusted device box.
- The device will be registered and the additional verification will only be requested again if you sign out manually or the expiry period configured by your organisation elapses.
Biometrics configuration
If your device has a fingerprint sensor or facial recognition, and your organisation has enabled this feature, you can activate biometric access to sign in more quickly:
- Tap Security and then Biometric access or Biometrics.
- The application will ask you to confirm your identity with your current password once.
- Then follow the operating system's instructions to register your biometrics if you have not already done so at device level.
- Once enabled, you will be able to sign in with your fingerprint or Face ID without having to enter the password manually.
Data the employee cannot modify
Certain data on your profile can only be modified by your organisation's administrator or manager, since it is linked to your account's corporate configuration:
- Full name and surnames
- Email address (used as the access identifier)
- Assigned role (employee, manager or others)
- Assigned branch or workplace
- Assigned schedule and shifts
If you need to modify any of these details, request it directly from your administrator or manager through your organisation's internal channels.
