The application does not appear in the store

  • Check that the store (App Store or Google Play) is correctly configured with an active account.
  • Verify that your device meets the minimum operating system version requirements stated at the start of this article.
  • On the App Store, make sure your account region is set to a country where the app is available.
  • If the problem persists, ask your manager for the direct link to the app's page in the relevant store.

The device does not meet the compatibility requirements

If your device does not support the minimum operating system version required, the store will tell you the app is not compatible. In that case, check with your organisation's administrator to explore alternative attendance recording options available from the web portal.

The installation stops or takes too long

  • Make sure you have enough free space on the device.
