Main app navigation
Once you have signed in to CheckBiz360, you will find an interface organised into clearly distinct sections. This article describes the application's general structure, so that you can easily locate each function and make the most of the tools available.
General structure of the application
CheckBiz360's main navigation is organised through a bottom navigation bar grouping the five fundamental areas of the employee experience:
- Clocking — home screen and the centre of the experience.
- My records — personal attendance history.
- Documents — the employee's employment documents.
- Tasks — tasks assigned by the manager.
- Profile — personal settings and security.
You can move between these sections by tapping the corresponding icon in the bottom bar at any time.
Clocking section
The clocking screen is the first one that appears on signing in and is the core of the application. From it you can:
- Record your entry (check-in) at the start of the workday.
- Record intermediate breaks where appropriate.
- Record your exit (check-out) at the end of the workday.
- Consult the status of your current clock record (within or outside the shift).
The screen shows the current time, the branch or workplace associated and, where GPS validation is required, the status of your location in relation to the permitted radius.
My records section
In this section you will find the complete history of your clock records stored on the platform. From here you can:
- Consult entries, exits and breaks by date.
- Filter the records by branch or by event type.
- See the detail of each record: exact time, status (valid or failed), distance to the branch radius and the validation method used.
- Request the correction of a record or the creation of a manual workday where applicable.
Documents section
The documents section centralises all the employment files your organisation has shared with you through CheckBiz360. Here you will find:
- Payslips, contracts, internal announcements and any other document the administrator has published for you.
- The ability to consult the documents directly in the app or download them to your device.
- The read receipt status of each document, where applicable.
Tasks section
The tasks section shows the activities assigned to you by your manager or administrator. From here you can:
- Consult the list of assigned tasks with their status and priority.
- See the detail of each task: description, deadline, expected start date and evidence.
- Start a task, add progress notes, upload photo or video evidence and mark it as completed.
The description is shown with its formatting: the headings, lists and checklists the manager wrote from the back office appear as such, not as plain text with symbols. The tick boxes in a checklist are a working guide: they can be read, but not ticked from the app, because they form part of the task's text and not of its status. Links open in the device's browser.
Profile section
The profile section lets you manage your personal information and your account's security preferences. From here you can:
- Consult and update your contact details.
- Change your access password.
- Configure two-step authentication (2FA).
- Enable biometric access (fingerprint or facial recognition) if your device and your organisation's configuration allow it.
- Manage push notification preferences.
Notifications screen
CheckBiz360 includes a notification centre accessible from the bell or alert icon that appears at the top of the screen. In this space you will find:
- Alerts about new documents published.
- Notifications of tasks assigned or approaching their deadline.
- Announcements from the system or your organisation.
Unread notifications are indicated with a numerical counter over the icon. Tap any notification to go straight to the related content.
Navigating between sections
To move between the application's different areas:
- Find the navigation bar at the bottom of the screen.
- Tap the icon of the section you want to reach.
- The section will load immediately, retaining your position in the previous section so that you can return easily.
From any section you can return to the clocking screen by tapping the central icon in the navigation bar, which acts as a priority shortcut.
Role note
This article is aimed at employees who use the CheckBiz360 app day to day. The structure and sections described are those corresponding to the standard employee role; manager or administrator roles may have access to additional sections in the web portal.
