First sign-in

Before using CheckBiz360 for the first time, you have to activate your account through the welcome email the system sends when your organisation's administrator creates your user. This guide explains the complete process from activation to first access to the application.

Step 1: Activate the account from the welcome email

When the administrator registers your user in CheckBiz360, the system automatically sends a welcome email to the address you provided. This email contains an activation link and the initial instructions.

  1. Open your email client and look for a message with a subject relating to activating CheckBiz360 or EncodeBiz.
  2. If you cannot find the email in your inbox, check the junk or spam folder.
  3. Open the email and press the account activation button or link.
  4. The link will take you to a screen where you will have to set your access password.

Step 2: Set the password

On the password setting screen:

  1. Enter a password meeting the security requirements shown on screen. Usually a minimum of 8 characters combining letters, numbers and at least one special character is required.
  2. Type the same password in the confirmation field.
  3. Press the Save or Confirm button.
  4. If the password meets the requirements, the system will confirm the activation and tell you that you can sign in.

Step 3: First access from the app

Once the account has been activated:

  1. Open the CheckBiz360 application on your device.
  2. Enter the email address associated with your account.
  3. Enter the password you set in the previous step.
  4. Press the Sign in button.

Step 4: Selecting an organisation (multiple organisations)

If your user is linked to more than one organisation within CheckBiz360, the application will show you an organisation selection screen right after signing in.

  1. Review the list of organisations available.
  2. Tap the organisation you want to work in for this session.
  3. The application will load the main screen with the data and configuration of the selected organisation.

Troubleshooting common problems

The welcome email did not arrive

  1. Wait up to 10 minutes after the administrator's confirmation; mail servers can sometimes be delayed.
  2. Check the junk or spam folder looking for senders from the encodebiz.com domain.
  3. Check that the email address you were registered with in the system is correct by asking your administrator or manager.
  4. If the email does not appear or the activation link has expired, ask the administrator to send a new activation email from the CheckBiz360 administration panel.

The password does not work when trying to sign in

If you entered the password correctly during activation but the system rejects it when signing in, there may be a synchronisation problem. In that case:

  1. Press the Forgotten your password? or Recover password option on the sign-in screen.
  2. Enter your email address.
  3. Press Send.
  4. You will receive an email with a link to reset the password. Follow the instructions in the email to set a new password.
  5. Once the process is complete, try signing in again with the new password.

I do not remember which email address was used to register me

Check directly with your organisation's administrator or manager. Only the administrator can verify and, if necessary, correct the email address linked to your account.

Role note

This article is aimed at employees signing in to CheckBiz360 for the first time. If you are an administrator and need to register users or resend activation emails, see the user management documentation in the administration panel.
