Notification centre in the app (employees)

Employees can consult pending notifications directly from the CheckBiz360 app:

  1. Open the app and tap the bell or notifications icon in the top bar of the main screen.
  2. The list of notifications received will open, ordered from most recent to oldest.
  3. Tap any notification to see its full detail and, if the action is still available, go to the associated resource.

Unread notifications are visually highlighted. Tapping a notification marks it as read. Dismissed notifications disappear from the visible list.

Notification centre in the back office (managers)

The Manager, Supervisor and Owner roles can consult their notifications by pressing the bell icon in the top bar of the web back office. The panel shows the recent notifications pending review.

Notification history with delivery and read statuses

A persistent notification history with delivery statuses (delivered/not delivered) and read statuses (read/unread), together with the ability to filter by recipient, type and period, is planned for a future version of the platform. When it is available, it will allow managers to verify that an employee received a particular communication (for example, the notification of a document pending a read receipt) and act accordingly if it was not delivered or was not opened.
