What CheckBiz360 is
CheckBiz360 is a SaaS time-tracking platform with operational intelligence, designed for companies that manage on-site, remote or distributed teams across several branches and projects. Where other systems only record entries and exits, CheckBiz360 turns that data into actionable information: behaviour patterns, real costs per employee, automatically detected anomalies and evidence for regulatory compliance audits.
The result is that operations directors and HR leads stop reacting to problems and start anticipating them. CheckBiz360 is not a digital time clock; it is an operational governance tool.
The problem it solves
Companies with more than ten employees and distributed operations face a common reality: attendance records exist, but they generate no value. The data sits isolated in spreadsheets or in clocking systems with no analysis, forcing managers to spend hours every week consolidating information, spotting errors by hand and preparing reports for audits.
CheckBiz360 centralises the whole time operation —clocking in, validation, analysis and compliance— on a single platform accessible from any device, eliminating manual work and reducing the margin for error.
Components of the platform
CheckBiz360 is made up of two elements that work in a coordinated way:
- CheckBiz360 mobile app (iOS and Android): used by employees to clock in, check their schedules, receive notifications and access their documents. It includes geolocation validation and, depending on the configuration, biometric authentication.
- Web back office: administration panel accessible from any browser. From here, managers handle the organisational structure, configure schedules, review records, analyse costs and export reports.
Operational intelligence: beyond clocking in
The fundamental difference between CheckBiz360 and traditional software lies in what happens after the record. The platform processes each clock-in in context and extracts intelligence that applies to the business:
Anomalous pattern detection
The analysis engine identifies patterns outside the norm: recurring late arrivals, unjustified absences, clock-ins outside the geofence perimeter or records that do not match the assigned shift. Anomalies surface in the Analysis tab of the Operations dashboard, which orders the reading from least to most pointed: process and configuration first, people last.
AI assistant
An artificial intelligence assistant interprets the dashboard data and turns it into an actionable narrative: what to look at first and why. It narrates and prioritises the figures already on screen, without recalculating anything, so its reading cannot contradict the dashboards.
Cost analysis per employee
Each record is linked to the hourly rate the employee has at their branch. From there, the platform calculates the cost per hour, per workday and cumulative for the period, and allows sites to be compared with one another. It requires the rates to be configured: without them there is no financial analysis.
Full traceability for audits
Every change in the system —record modifications, schedule adjustments, manual validations— is logged with the user's identity, date and reason. This traceability covers the requirements of Royal Decree-Law 8/2019 on the mandatory recording of working time.
RDL 8/2019 compliance
The platform generates the working-time report per employee and period on demand, in PDF or Excel, ready to file or present. There is no additional documentation to prepare.
Use cases by sector
CheckBiz360 is designed to adapt to a range of operating models:
| Sector | Typical use case |
|---|---|
| Multi-store retail | Shift control per store, productivity comparison between sites |
| Hospitality | Morning and afternoon shift cover, cost control in the kitchen and front of house |
| Logistics | Tracking of geographically distributed field teams |
| Professional services | Allocation of hours by project or client |
| Education | Attendance control for staff across different centres |
| Field teams | Clocking in with GPS validation, with no physical hardware needed |
Platform roles
CheckBiz360 organises access through four main roles:
- Worker: the employee. Clocks in from the app, checks their records and receives notifications.
- Supervisor: direct manager of a group of employees within a branch. Can review and approve their team's records.
- Manager: manages one or several branches. Has access to analysis, configures schedules and manages the assigned staff.
- Owner: owner of the account. Has full access to the organisation's configuration, billing and every module of the platform.
